Ҥ1.1 2016 PA 330, effective March 18, 2017, the Qualified Dispositions in Trust Act,

This act allows the creation of irrevocable trusts that are not to be considered as marital property if the transfer was made 30 days before the marriage, or the parties agree that the property is not marital property.”
